Daniel Salgado

Daniel Salgado is a registered patent attorney focusing on US and international patent preparation and prosecution. He has expertise in software and computer technologies including web-based computer systems, computer architecture, wireless communication protocols, database programming, and semiconductor fabrication processes. Daniel developed his technical expertise working as a software engineer, project manager, and patent attorney.

Before joining DeLizio Law, PLLC, Daniel most recently worked as an IT consultant and Project Manager for Lexis-Nexis and as a patent attorney for a large Silicon Valley law firm. Daniel also has experience consulting for internet startups on IP strategy. Daniel earned B.S.E.E. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University. As an undergraduate, he was a web programmer and Software Engineer Intern at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
